We are thrilled to have placed this op-ed in USA Today for our client, interACT: Advocates for Intersex Youth. The powerful and deeply personal commentary, by interACT Executive Director Kimberly Mascott Zieselman, explains why surgeries on intersex children must stop now.

“I know firsthand the devastating impact they can have, not just on our bodies but on our souls. We are erased before we can even tell our doctors who we are. Every human rights organization that has considered this practice has condemned it, some even to the point of recognizing it as akin to torture,” Zieselman wrote.

CreagerCole is proud to promote interACT’s tireless advocacy for intersex human rights!
