On July 25, CreagerCole placed our client, Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, into an NBC News article that explores how genderqueer and gender-nonconforming people navigate the workplace. Callen-Lorde’s Board Chair, Laura Jacobs, is featured in the story.
“In upcoming decades, we’re only going to be seeing more and more people identifying outside of gender binaries,” Jacobs said. “And organizations really need to be prepared to be inclusive of them.”
Callen-Lorde “provides sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities — in all their diversity — regardless of ability to pay. To further this mission, Callen-Lorde promotes health education and wellness, and advocates for LGBT health issues.”
It’s our privilege to promote Callen-Lorde’s life-changing work!
